1948 Siren Sundress Vintage Style Sewing Pattern
1948 Siren Sundress Pattern
Decades of Style #4003
This is a paper pattern.
This vintage sundress pattern from 1948 can be casual or extremely sophisticated depending on your fabric choice. Either way the dress is beautiful! The bodice is backless with straps that cross in the back, wrap around the front waist and meet in the back again for a tie. The skirt is quite full but there is no gathering at the waist for a flattering silhouette.
We recommend medium to lightweight woven fabrics recommended. Linen, silk, cotton.
Pattern includes all 9 sizes.
Decades of Style are professionally made patterns from vintage designs. There are often fun and unusual pattern making techniques. Great instructions, printed on heavy tissue paper!
